Registration
Becoming a member at Letzdobarter is very easy. Just click on the “Sign Now” icon on the top right hand corner and fill out the details once you agree to our Terms and Conditions, click "Register" and you will be a member. You can then add products, which you want to put up for barter and also maintain a list of products, which you want in exchange. You can also participate in our community forums like invite friends, give suggestions, write testimonials about your experiences and also get special information by mail.

Give your username and password in the boxes provided at the top right hand corner of the screen and click "Sign in" to login to your account. |
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, click on the link “Forgot password”, give the email address you had mentioned at the time of registering and we will send you your login details by email.

How to Barter

| This 3-step process will help you in understanding how you can start bartering in a very easy, friendly process.
|
1. Register
First you have to register your self to become a member of Letzdobarter.com. Complete process of how to register is explained in the “Login and Registration” section above. Once you have registered, you can then add list of products you want to put up for barter. Complete detail of how to upload the product for barter will be explained in the “Account Management” section. |
2. Search
Once you have registered you can now officially start bartering with fellow members. All you need to do is search the products, which you are looking for and start bartering. Complete detail of how to search is explained in the below section “Search optimization”

3. Contact
Once you have found the product that you are looking for barter through the search option you can then click on the “want to barter” section on the right hand bottom corner to initiate the process of contacting the member who had put up that product for barter to see if he/she is interested to barter that product with you. You will need to send a message saying I want to exchange ABC with XYZ. This mail will be sent to the member and the barter process will be complete if the member accepts this request. You will then receive a mail acknowledging that the member has accepted this barter request

Account Managements
To help you comprehensively manage your Letzdobarter account in one place we have created the "My Barter" page.

1. My Account
In this page you can maintain your personal information. This is safe and will not be shared with anyone without your approval. You can upload your picture to go with your user profile. Your password information is encrypted and stored and is extremely safely guarded. You can edit any of the information of this section at any point of time.

2. My Barter
This section will have all details pertaining to your barter transaction.
Products listed for Barter – This section tells you list of products, which you have put up for barter. You also have the option of adding new products as and when you want. You can also add images of the product to increase your chance of finding someone requiring your product in barter.
Products required in Barter – This section enables you to add products, which you want in exchange for the products you, have put up for barter. You can also add images of the product you require. This allows the other members to know what you need in exchange for the product you have put up for barter.
Barter request received - Here you can track the number of barter request you have received from fellow members based on the products you have put up for barter. You also have the option of accepting the request or select the option “negotiate” incase you are not happy with the product the other party wants to give in exchange. For eg. You put up Web cam for barter and require either an I-pod or book in exchange. Suppose the other member is ready to exchange his I-pod for your web cam then you can select the “accept” option else “negotiate” option.
Barter request sent - This section enables you to track list of request you have sent to some other member for barter.
Accepted request – Record of all the requests, which you have accepted.
Negotiated request – Record of all the requests you have sent back for negotiation.

3. My Messages
This section enables you to send messages to either fellow members or to the Letzdobarter.com management. You can also check all messaged received from fellow members or the management team.

4. My Suggestions
Here you can add new suggestions/feedback and send to the management and also check all the suggestions/feedback you would have sent till date under the “history” section.

5. My Invitations
This section allows you to send invites to all your friends for joining Letzdobarter.com. The history section stores all the email id of your friends to whom the request were sent. You can also track the status of the invitation under the accepted and rejected section.

6. My Testimonials
You can write testimonials here about your experiences on Letzdobarter.com. The history section records all testimonials added till date.

This will detail all the products that you have put up for barter, category wise.
